Orange Banana Smoothie* is a quick, creamy, and refreshing blend of ripe bananas, juicy oranges, yogurt, and milk. Simply combine 1 banana, 1 peeled orange, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, and optional honey or ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, pour, and enjoy! Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack

- 1 large ripe banana frozen for a thicker texture
- 1 large orange peeled and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or dairy-free alternative like almond or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk or any milk alternative like almond, oat, or soy milk
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for extra flavour
- A handful of ice cubes optional, if not using frozen banana
Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana and orange. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana beforehand. Add to blender: Place the banana, orange segments, yogurt, milk, and any optional ingredients (honey, vanilla, or ice) into a blender. Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
